E-invoicing from your WooCommerce orders

The free plugin covers simplified invoices, refunds and reporting to ZATCA, with records stored in WordPress.

  • Onboard with your OTP

Paste the one-time code from Fatoora. Raseedo creates the key and certificate request, passes six ZATCA compliance checks and obtains the production certificate.

  • Signed invoices for paid orders

Every paid order gets a signed UBL 2.1 XML simplified invoice and QR code. Raseedo reports it to ZATCA in the background.

  • Credit notes for refunds

Refunds create credit notes with the refund reason and a reference to the original invoice.

  • Retries and rejection details

If ZATCA is unavailable, Raseedo retries for hours within the 24-hour reporting window. Rejections show ZATCA's reason and add an order note.

  • Files stay on your site

Signed XML files and ZATCA responses stay in WordPress. Uninstalling keeps them unless you explicitly choose to delete everything.

  • Arabic and English screens

Admin screens switch to Arabic based on site or user language. Customers get a bilingual invoice page with a QR code, linked from orders and emails.

  • Site Health checks

WordPress Site Health warns if invoicing is enabled before onboarding, a certificate is near expiry, or documents have waited too long.

Set up your store

Start in ZATCA's sandbox with test data before connecting your store to Production.

  1. Install the free plugin

Install Raseedo on WordPress 6.5 or later, with PHP 8.1 or later and WooCommerce active.

  2. Add seller details

Enter your legal name (Arabic recommended), VAT number, commercial registration and National Address before onboarding.

  3. Enter the Fatoora OTP

Paste the code from your Fatoora portal. Raseedo creates certificates and runs the six compliance checks.

  4. Issue invoices for orders

Turn on Issue e-invoices. Paid orders then generate simplified invoices, which Raseedo reports to ZATCA in the background.

Questions

Is Raseedo approved by ZATCA?

No. ZATCA does not certify e-invoicing software for taxpayers. Its provider directory is indicative. ZATCA states that compliance depends on meeting its requirements, whether a provider is listed or not. Raseedo follows ZATCA's published Phase 2 specifications and has been tested against its sandbox. Raseedo is independent of ZATCA.

Do I need a developer?

You can install the free plugin, enter seller details and onboard by pasting the one-time code from your Fatoora portal. Raseedo handles key generation, certificates and the six compliance checks. You can try the process in the sandbox first.

Where are my invoices and data kept?

Signed XML files and ZATCA responses are stored on your WordPress site. The plugin sends required seller and invoice details to ZATCA, plus buyer details for B2B invoices. The developer receives no store or customer data from the plugin. Files remain after uninstall unless you request deletion.

What if ZATCA rejects an invoice?

Raseedo shows ZATCA's rejection reason and adds a note to the order. Network problems and outages are retried for hours within ZATCA's 24-hour reporting window. Pro also lets you retry unsent e-invoices in bulk.

What about orders placed before I connected?

Pro's missing e-invoice report finds paid orders without an e-invoice and refunds without a credit note, including documents from before onboarding. You can issue them in batches.

Do I need the Pro version?

If your WooCommerce store sells to consumers, the free plugin issues simplified invoices and credit notes. If you sell to businesses needing standard tax invoices, Pro collects their VAT details at checkout and sends invoices to ZATCA for clearance before the buyer receives them.

Can I cancel Pro?

Yes. Cancel Pro at any time. When the licence is inactive, Pro features pause and the free plugin continues issuing simplified invoices.
